Is there parking?

Dedicated parking for this event is available at Cowbridge Comprehensive School, with a short walk into town. While not officially designated for the event, there are also several public car parks nearby, including those at the Leisure Centre and Town Hall.

Is this event family friendly? â€‹

Absolutely! The event is designed with families in mind. All hosts and performers have been instructed to use family-friendly, inclusive language. If any original songs contain explicit lyrics, these will be adapted to ensure suitability for all ages.

What measures are in place to manage alcohol sales at the event?

We’ll be operating a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25, please bring ID to show you’re 18 or over. We’ll also be using wristbands to help our bar staff monitor alcohol sales.

Do you offer refunds?

As outlined in our terms and conditions prior to purchase, all ticket sales are final - however you’re more than welcome to pass your tickets on or resell them if needed.

Do you offer Carer's Concessions?

Absolutely! Just select the “Carer” ticket option and bring proof to show our security team on the day.

Can we leave and come back?

Yes – we’ll be using wristbands with re-entry windows, so you’ll be able to come and go within a set time.

Can we bring animals? â€‹â€‹

We kindly ask that you leave dogs and other pets at home, except for registered assistance animals. As animal lovers, we feel the festival isn’t the best environment for them to enjoy.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Moo-La-La is set to reach full capacity before the big day - so we can’t guarantee tickets will be available on the door.

Is there camping?

As Moo-La-La is a one-day event, there’s no camping on site - but you’re very welcome to bring pop-up chairs and make yourself comfy!

Will there be food and drink stalls on site?

Absolutely

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Absolutely! Moo-La-La is fully wheelchair accessible, with flat ground throughout the venue to make getting around easy and comfortable.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Please note that bags will be checked on entry to help us ensure no outside food or drink is brought into Moo-La-La. Thanks so much for your understanding!
